Dream — Learning to Walk on Swamps!

I was behind a person on some kind of vehicle. It looked like a two-seater race car that was in the shape of a snowmobile. We were on a narrow-paved path. Some other people were in front of us going slow and it seemed like they were in the middle of the path blocking our way to pass. It wasn’t like they were trying to block us but more like they didn’t realize we were behind them. I jumped off the vehicle and flung our vehicle in a wide arch in front of the slow vehicle. I could see a swamp on both sides of the path. There were tightly packed water lilies on the swamp.

I decided to try and run on all fours on top of the swamp. I felt the swamp could hold me. I was galloping at a super-fast speed. I saw, out of the corner of my eye, that the passenger who was riding on back of the other vehicle, running on the swamp trying to by-pass me. I felt great running on this swamp! I loved running at a fast speed. I wasn’t tired but felt empowered by this running. I could see in the far distance land appearing.

Understand the Dream

God gives us gifts to find solutions to problems. These gifts allow us to move people beyond what is blocking them from achieving God’s purpose for their lives. As we step out on God’s direction and his word; this releases God’s power to help people by-pass these roadblocks.

The swamp represents the world’s system that tries to bog us down. I was on my hands and knees because I had to have the right foundation to walk on the world’s swamp. The right foundation is God’s word, the Blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit instruction, guidance, and empowerment, and the God given boldness to walk out what God has called us to do. When we are obedient to what God shows us, this releases a boldness for others to step out in their calls. It is not a race of who is first, but it is like priming the pump that releases God’s kingdom on earth in all who are willing to step out.

What do you do with Dream?

The reason you have a dream is because God wants to reveal something to you about yourself or others. Once you get the interpretation, you need to act by declaring the God given outcome.

I declare, by the grace of God and the Blood of Jesus, the following. No longer will the world’s swamp and past traumas rule over us. We will by-pass those who try to block us. This includes good people with right motives, but they can’t see the season we are in at this point of time. Prophetic revelation will cause people to take their place and put them in front of all roadblocks. As we walk in obedience to this strategy, we will remain on God’s firm foundation of his word. Jesus, who the lily pads represent, will make a way for us to walk above the world’s swampy traps. The Holy Spirit will accelerate our journey and empower us with his strength to bring God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. No longer will we be afraid or hindered by the past, our experiences, wounds, or trauma. Our obedience will pave a path for others to step out into God’s kingdom to rule and reign. This will and cause an acceleration in their walk towards God’s best.
